Consultation Call

1. A consultation call with a Reinforce Ventures Representative to discuss selling your business is what you are opting in to receive by proving your information. When you enter your information on the form you are allowing Reinforce Ventures to collect your full name, phone number, and email address. You will be contacted by our company via SMS acknowledging that we received your inquiry for the consultation. You will receive a call and a text message from our company when you first opt-in, and you can receive up to two more texts and call during the first week. During the second week if we have not yet heard back from you we will send one more text message.

2. Consent: You will click on the checkbox that you agree to these terms and conditions and privacy policy you will also see “By entering your phone number, you consent to receive messages from Reinforce Ventures. I can respond "STOP" at any time if I no longer want to receive SMS." Again this consent is allowing Reinforce Ventures to contact you in regards to the consultation call.

3. Opt-Out Mechanism: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Reinforce Ventures. To rejoin, you can opt-in up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you or you can text the keyword START.

4. Issue with Messaging: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected].

5. Data Rates: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive several messages from us. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

6. Compliance with Regulations: We acknowledge and commit to complying with all relevant regulations such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States.
